I moved onto Earles Lane on June 21st. My kids are enjoying the freedom to bike and explore the area, but I've noticed that traffic flies through the neighborhood. Drivers are regularly going 45 to 50 mph in a 25 mph zone. There is a "Watch Children" sign posted that is covered by overgrown bushes and is on the wrong side of the street for those turning onto the street from Goshen Rd. My driveway sits in a particularly bad location at the top of a hill and on a curve. Kids are coming out of my driveway and are at a greater risk of getting hit by a car in this blind spot. Installing speed humps the length of Earles Lane will make the neighborhood a safer place for everyone.
